How to spell Manhattan
You often see Manhattan spelled wrong. A year or two ago, I ran across a nice--and simple--way to remember the spelling: think of a Man in a Hat with a Tan. ManHatTan. Manhattan.

thanks for the great tip,
my son just called from the hospit in ft worh tx and need the spelling fo manhattan, because they are naming their third child,manhattan, they have a 4 year old named brooklyn a 2 year old named harlem and today manhattan will be born.
